Overcome Candida Overgrowth with this irresistible sweet treat.

Who doesn’t recall grandma’s sweet treats?!

10Serotonin, melatonin, oxytocin, endorphins, dopamine… It’s party time!!!

Yes, our beloved Dopamine is the reward freak here.

Excitement, happiness, they all feed this hormone. As it is produced directly into neuronal synapses, as soon as joy or anger, peace or furry arise, this little one, gives the alarm:

“Bring on some sugary sweet treats! And it will better be fast!”

So, you find yourself binge eating, surrounded by all those shiny candy wraps and empty ice cream cans with no meaning of stopping after one piece of chocolate, candy, pie?!

The life clock is ticking though, and as grown ups, we receive some “priceless souvenirs”: an intolerance here and there, an allergy, a food sensitivity.

Let’s not forget about Candida Albicans, which sometimes, decides to evolve from saprophytic to… pessimistic.

The mushroom form in not rude though, so when it comes to dinner, it brings gifts like migraines, muscle and joint aches, thrush, brain fogginess, tiredness, hives, eczema.

And, when this little one feels really generous, Leaky gut syndrome.

I don’t know about you but I will never give up on rewarding my body with sweet treats now and then.

And I am definitely not willing to lose dinner tradition either: friends and family gathered in one small yet cozy living room, sharing daily events and laughing at… life.

You can totally forget about Candida Overgrowth, gluten, lactose, cereal, dairy intolerance or allergy and focus on…

These sweet treats which not only increase dopamine secretion, but also rebalance our digestive pH level( important in keeping friendly gut bacteria in shape and a healthy digestive tract), improving overall health, easing Candida Overgrowth side effects, whilst gluten-free, intolerance and allergy safe ingredients will keep your taste buds in ecstasy.

What are you waiting for?!

Let’s indulge:

Gluten- free, Allergy friendly, Candida-like candies

Makes: 22 candies

Time needed: 10 minutes

1Ingredients:

  •  100 g almond flakes
  • 150 g coconut flakes (for the filling)
  • 20 g coconut flakes (for the covering)
  • 25 g raisins
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp psyllium husk
  • 100 ml water
  • unlimited cravings

Note: Even though these are known as safe for most of the people, if you have an intolerance or allergy to one of the ingredients listed above, please let us know in a comment below and our experts will help you find a solution as soon as possible.

Directions:

1. Process raisins, water, psyllium husks, honey and coconut oil( room temperature if able, to become liquid and easier to handle) into a blender until you have… a jam-like consistency.
2. Add coconut flakes and almonds, mix well until well combining, and shape them as desired.
I prefer to form small balls, making them easier to… disappear. 🙂
3. Now, that you have the candies, roll them over coconut flakes, and try not to eat them all while preparing.
4. You should keep them in the fridge for about 20 minutes, 5 to 10 mins in the refrigerator should be enough though to obtain the wanted firm consistency.

The result? SWEET and FLUFFY HEALING TREATS.

These goodies can hold up to 3 days in the fridge without changing their nutritional properties, but… Temptation leans on the doorbell, as well as our guests.

Yep, you’ ve guessed it right. I have spent the entire evening in my kitchen, preparing candy after candy for my friends, as 22 pieces seemed to fade away in less than 5 mins.

So, my dear ones, which are your evening plans?!
